The Mazra Baxton Interview.

Henry: “I have respect for every Rogue Hall competitor, but I don’t find
it fitting to begin this interview with formalities. I’ll start with one simple
question. Why did you decide to ambush Samantha Foxy after
your tag-team match against The Courageous Diamonds back in March?”

Mazra: “Really? Of all the questions you can ask me, you are starting with Samantha? The problem is just there! It is no secret that she has mentored me since I started wrestling, but… I’ve always been in her shadow, and each time I try to do things my own way, she always schooled me to be “on the right path.”

“Talk about an overzealous mother.
Well guess what, I finally fled the household to do things my way.”

Henry: “I started with a question regarding Samantha, because it seemed out
of character for you. Your answer brings a lot more clarity to the situation, and it seems as though you had a lot of pent-up anger leading up to your attack. Now
I know the kind of person that Samantha is, and the narrative that you’re trying to push doesn’t match up. Why do you believe that she has been out to get you this entire time, and/or do you have any specific moments that you can point out?”

Mazra: “She clearly managed to trick you Henry. You want a moment? Here are two, both times I was at Rogue Hall. First, at the “Retrowave” Rumble, back in January, she was the one who threw me out! Secondly, in our match against the Bandicute Adventurer, who was the one shouldering our side? ME! She was the one who got beaten and pinned, while I did everything in my power to win. There were other moments outside the fed. But every time, she wanted to use me for her own gain. My eyes are clearly open. She isn’t the victim in this scenario! I am!”

Henry: “Now hold on, I watched those matches as they were happening. At the “Retrowave” Rumble, it was everyone for themselves. Then, in the tag-team match, I personally believe that you were both putting in an equal amount of work against a formidable team. I’m doing my best to remain unbiased as I mentioned, but you shouting at me isn’t helping. Therefore, I will present an opinion to you. Samantha is the former Rogue Hall Women’s World Champion, and while she was on her journey to become the inaugural champion, you weren’t wrestling here.”

Mazra: “Your point? She barely scraped past that tournament to get to be in the match for it last year. She isn’t admirable, and if you opened your eyes, you would be able to see the hero complex too. Just look at the current women’s champion… A no-nonsense champ. Now that attitude I can get behind! Samantha calls herself the dark siren. Ha! She should call herself the plushy manipulator. Or better yet…

The hasbeen.”

Henry: “We can agree to disagree.”

Mazra: “We can, and “Stardom” will be the perfect moment to show
everyone that “her way” is the losing way, and the new me will come on
top. She will think I will fight the way she taught me… I’ve become a
whole new animal, and she will regret getting in the ring against me now.”

Henry: “I understand, and although we don’t agree on everything, I do think
that you’re a solid talent as well. Every single time that you’ve been
here, you’ve managed to put on a memorable match, but I just can’t bring
myself to agree with you about Samantha having bad intentions. We’ve
mentioned her a lot as expected, but there’s another force that is a part of this match too. Luka Cross. While it feels personal between you and Samantha, perhaps that’s an easy way for Cross to step in and pull off a monumental win.”

Mazra: “Ha! That’s another fraud! She is just a mountain of muscle in body and mind. But she does not impress me. She actually had the gall to use MY entrance music! Sure, It is a different musical arrangement, but I’m the original legend Never Dies. How unoriginal one can get! It just proves that she is just jealous of what I am and what I will be. To be honest, I don’t care anymore if she uses that song. Like Samantha, she is the past, and I’m the future, and I will teach both
of them that I deserve respect. I deserve recognition, and I will win at “Stardom.”

Henry: “Understood. Before you go, I’d like to ask just on—”

Mazra: “I have had enough of a blind and biased interviewer, I’m out of here. I’ll show everyone at Stardom I am not a stepping stone to anyone. You hear me?

No… one.”

Henry: “Oh. Alright, well, she just left the room and slammed the door
on the way out. Ladies and Gentlemen, it’s a Triple-Threat Eliminator on the first night of “Stardom” taking place on Saturday, May 30th, at 3:00 PM SLT. Mazra is out to exact revenge after a brutal attack on Samantha the last time these
two were in the same ring here at Rogue Hall. That anger can be used in her
favor, or it can be her worst enemy and cost her the match. Two days away!”
